Equipment Reliability: Identify opportunities to enhance maintenance processes and equipment reliability. Budget Management: Develop and optimize the maintenance budget. Breakdown Management: Lead the maintenance team in promptly diagnosing and resolving equipment breakdowns. Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and technical support. Team Management: Manage and lead maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training. Foster a safe and collaborative work environment. Spares Management: Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts for timely repairs. Performance Evaluation: Monitor key performance indicators, plan and execute improvement initiatives to achieve optimum result.
