Job Summery - We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in Credit + Automation for a Project Management role in Jaipur. This opportunity is designed for professionals who can blend credit policy knowledge with technology orientation to drive automation in Business Rule Engine (BRE) for small-ticket LAP. Key Responsibilities: * Convert credit policies into automated decision rules ensuring consistent and compliant lending. * Configure, test, and deploy rules using decisioning tools (Drools, FICO, Red Hat, Pega, etc.). * Work with analytics & tech teams to integrate scorecards, alternate data, and APIs. * Monitor BRE performance (approval rates, risk metrics, TAT). * Define real-time validation checks for credit, income, and property eligibility. * Maintain version control, audit logs, and ensure RBI guideline compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA). * 36 years experience in credit policy, risk, or product management for secured loans. * Strong knowledge of small-ticket LAP underwriting, customer profiles & risk patterns. * Exposure to BRE tools & rule scripting logic is preferred. * Tech-oriented mindset with API workflow and data-mapping knowledge.
