Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT with at least 3+ years as a Systems Analyst and 35 years as a developer (C#, Python, Angular, or similar). Proven experience in interpreting BRDs, FRDs, and converting them into developer ready documentation. Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile and Waterfall). Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar. Experience in scoping development work, breaking down tasks, and estimating timelines.
