* (a)Checking of all data related to New Cylinder & remake cylinder, such as: Web proof of cylinder, Approved folder of cylinder, Balancing report of cylinder, Cylinder Quality check list, Barcode verification reports, Gray scale/ color code. (b)Check Printing plan according to Jobs on daily basis & maintain and also fulfill their requirement. (c )Maintain all Printing related documents. (d)Printing requirements for All New jobs to be checked before going to Printing. ( e)To check the entry of Ink GSM of all Jobs also cross check of Printing Defect on Vigitek M/C as per daily basis. (f)Stop printing production if serious product defects are present and get the resolution of the same (g)Monitor printing performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency (h)Direct the tracking of defects, test results, or other regularly reported quality control data. (I)Evaluate new testing and sampling methodologies or technologies to determine usefulness (a)To Checked & Salvage all Printing QNCR & their CAPA and verification of CAPA (b)Take printing quality related decision on deviations by accepting/ rejecting the material at any stage of processing. Make PSS/ Shade Card of all new jobs. Match Delta E value 100% & 50% of all P&G jobs. Trace out records of all Customer Complaint related to printing and their trend as per monthly basis and trace out Alerts of All P&G jobs. Identify critical points in the manufacturing process and specify sampling procedures to be used at these points. (a)To conduct the internal audits to ensure that the laid down systems are in place. (b)To face the external audits carried out by external certification agencies for ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005 and BRC/ IOP and by the customers. (c )Leading the SIP and ensure that P&G 19 key elements are in place in the organization. Ensure that SIP audits are done as per the plan and proper closure of NCs are done timely and ensure effectiveness of systematic actions Ensuring house keeping and safe working conditions in laboratory, doctoring section and in adhesive mixing dept. (a)Identify training needs of the team members and ensure that the training is imparted to the team members accordingly. (b)To verify the effectiveness of training imparted to the team members * B.SC, DIPLOMA, with 10+ years of experience in Q.A/Q.C department of reputed flexible packaging industry.
