As an Export Documentation Executive, you will be responsible for generating MIS reports, maintaining master data, and ensuring compliance with export/import procedures. Your role will involve handling customs, bank, and insurance documentations, as well as preparing pre-shipment and post-shipment documents such as invoices, packaging lists, shipping details, and various certificates and bills. You will also be monitoring the shipment process, ensuring timely dispatch of goods, and generating delivery schedules. To excel in this role, you should have a sound understanding of customs regulations, BRC, FIRC, and LC documents. Proficiency in computer skills, especially in MS Office applications, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, will be beneficial for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this position would hold an MBA in International Business and possess 1-2 years of work experience in exports, international marketing, or documentation.
