We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee and manage our export documentation and compliance processes. This role involves handling Export Documentation and BRC documentation for various purposes such as bank transactions, accounting entries, purchase orders (PO), proforma invoices (PI), and other relevant export-related documents. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation and management of all export-related documents including Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc. - Handling BRC documentation and ensuring timely submission by coordinating with banks - Maintaining accurate accounting entries associated with export operations - Creating and updating PO & PI for clients - Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders - Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and standards Requirements: - Prior experience in export documentation and international trade compliance - Familiarity with BRC documentation procedures and coordination with banks - Basic knowledge of accounting and documentation tools such as Excel, Tally, Miracle, etc. - Strong communication and organizational abilities Location: Morbi Salary: Compensation is negotiable based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate If you have a passion for international trade and documentation, we are eager to learn more about you!,
