Coordinate with the suppliers for Technical Submittals, Non & Materials Requirements (NMR), Spare Parts Data Packages (SPDP). Review and extract information provided in the technical documents such as datasheets, drawings, manuals. Ensure that all potential suppliers are provided with identical information upon which the quotations are given equal opportunity to meet the desired requirements.
