About Brave Cave Brave Cave is a small but growing independent arts company that builds spaces for music, storytelling, and community. We create and manage original IPs like our Songwriter Sessions, and we’re always exploring new ways to bring artists and audiences together. This internship is designed as a 3-month paid role, with the possibility of converting into a full-time position. You’ll work directly with the founder, learning the ins and outs of building creative IPs, managing events, and growing opportunities for artists. Summary of the Role We’re looking for someone who’s excited about music, community, and creativity. As a Business Development Intern , you’ll be hands-on with everything from liaising with artists and venues, to coordinating with media teams, to posting on Instagram. Success in this role looks like: Smoothly managed sessions & projects Strong communication between artists, vendors, and venues Growing engagement across our platforms A willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the team This is a 360-degree role where you’ll get exposure to both the creative and business sides of Brave Cave. Responsibilities Assist in managing Brave Cave’s Songwriter Session IP and other projects Liaise with artists, venues, sound vendors, and partners to ensure smooth operations Understand and help manage artist technical riders Coordinate with media teams to collect and organize assets for social media Draft and post content to Instagram and other channels Support in business development by researching and identifying new opportunities Be present at events and support with on-ground execution Qualifications Strong interest in music, arts, and culture Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in following through on tasks Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram especially) Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative Experience in event management, marketing, or arts administration is a plus (but not mandatory) Details Location : [Bangalore / Hybrid ] Duration : 3 months (paid internship) Opportunity : Convertible to a full-time role based on performance
