Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and approach potential customers across industries (agriculture, dairy, poultry, swimming pools, residential and commercial water treatment). Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand customer requirements, and promote CDLPT-based natural water softener solutions. Market Development: Explore new markets, distributors, and channel partners to expand the companys reach in Karnataka and across India. Sales Conversion: Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions to convert prospects into customers. Partnerships: Collaborate with dealers, farmers, housing societies, industries, and institutions for bulk installations. After-Sales Support Coordination: Work with technical/service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Market Intelligence: Track competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to share insights with management for product and strategy improvement. Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel and report to management. Preferred candidate profile: Any Graduate, preferably having experience in B2B and B2C Sales, Good communication and verbal skills.
