We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, showcasing properties, and closing sales deals. You will play a key role in helping potential buyers make informed decisions while delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include prospecting new clients through field visits, cold calling, and networking, as well as responding promptly to inquiries from prospective buyers. You will arrange property viewings, explain project details, and negotiate terms to secure successful sales. Maintaining accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a persuasive attitude, and a good understanding of the local real estate market. Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred, but motivated freshers with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
