Your responsibilities will include developing and executing brand strategies to foster growth, overseeing successful product launches to penetrate the market effectively, conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to drive data-driven marketing decisions, and engaging with key doctors, hospitals, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance product visibility and adoption. Moreover, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns and promotions, collaborating closely with the sales team to support them with necessary tools and training, monitoring brand performance and analyzing ROI metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance in all marketing activities, and leveraging your expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within the Acute and Mild Chronic Therapies. To thrive in this role, you should possess 10-20 years of experience as a Brand Manager/Marketing Manager in the pharmaceutical sector, a proven track record in launching new pharmaceutical divisions in relevant therapeutic areas, a solid understanding of the Indian pharmaceutical market with a focus on Southern India, a blend of analytical and creative thinking for effective branding strategies, strong collaboration and leadership skills to work across teams, and willingness to travel occasionally for marketing initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
