Location: Remote Type: Freelance (Monthly Retainer) Start Date: Immediate About the Role: We're on the lookout for a design-savvy, trend-aware Freelance Graphic Designer who can take brand elements and turn them into scroll-stopping, purpose-driven creatives. If you live on Pinterest, stalk Behance for fun, and know how to translate a brand's vibe into solid visuals, we're talking to you. What You'll Do: Create static, carousel, reel covers, stories, and other digital content across Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Interpret brand guidelines in fresh ways while keeping it all on-brand. Ideate and design monthly visual themes that don’t feel templated . Adapt creatives based on what’s trending in design, pop culture, and content marketing. Collaborate with content & strategy teams to bring ideas to life. Suggest new formats and push visual boundaries when needed. You Should Have: A solid portfolio that shows both aesthetics and adaptability. Strong knowledge of tools: Adobe Suite or anything else that works fast. Awareness of what’s trending on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails, and meme culture. An eye for detail and a feel for what works across platforms. Ability to work independently with quick turnarounds. Bonus: Light animation or reel editing skills.
