As a Senior Graphic Designer at a multidisciplinary design studio based in India, with offices in Kolkata and Pune, you will play a crucial role in developing design strategies for startups with a focus on branding design. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and executing brand designs across various platforms, ideating and designing branding elements such as mood boards, brand bibles, and design directions, front-end client interactions to ensure efficient delivery of projects, and leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to innovate design strategies. You will be tasked with producing a wide range of creative assets including logos, static designs, templates, banners, videos, gifs, animations, and visuals for branding activities across multiple channels. Your role will also involve translating strategic directions into high-quality designs while keeping up with industry trends and studying the competition landscape for design benchmarks. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of junior designers to ensure the successful execution of projects. Ideally, you should have at least 3 years of experience in branding design, along with expertise in leading client interactions and teams. Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and experience in After Effects or Figma will be advantageous. The offered CTC for this position ranges from Rs 8-10 LPA based on the candidate's last drawn salary.
