The Sales Manager for Private Label Business will be responsible for leading and expanding private label partnerships with key clients across India. This role involves managing the complete private label lifecycle, including business development, product customization, production coordination, after-sales support, and client factory visits. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B partnerships, brand collaboration, and industrial product management. Additionally, the candidate should possess the capability to manage and guide a team effectively to ensure the execution of business goals. The primary responsibilities of the Sales Manager include overseeing end-to-end operations for all private label clients, driving revenue growth through existing accounts and exploring new opportunities, leading and managing a dedicated team, supervising and mentoring the sales team, facilitating collaboration with internal stakeholders, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous learning, and ensuring process improvement within the team. The Sales Manager will engage with clients to understand their product needs, branding expectations, and packaging preferences and will coordinate with internal teams to develop customized solutions aligned with client specifications. Furthermore, the candidate will identify and pursue potential private label customers, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, and collaborate with design and packaging teams to create private label artwork and packaging based on client branding guidelines. Operational coordination and execution, pricing and commercial negotiation, customer factory visits, reporting and analysis, and travel across India for client visits, vendor meetings, factory coordination, and customer factory tours as needed are also key components of this role.
