Brand/Content Strategist

You will be responsible for defining and maintaining brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency to ensure effective communication with the audience. Your primary tasks will include conducting market, competitor, and audience research to guide strategy, creating and enforcing brand guidelines across all touchpoints, and tracking brand health metrics such as awareness, sentiment, and loyalty to provide valuable insights for brand enhancement. You will also be involved in building and managing content frameworks aligned with brand objectives, planning editorial calendars for social media, website, blogs, and email campaigns, and collaborating with creative and performance teams to deliver brand-aligned content that drives engagement and conversions. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in brand strategy, content strategy, or related roles, along with a strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer psychology, and storytelling. Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills are essential, as well as the ability to analyze data and insights to develop actionable strategies. You should also be familiar with social media trends and content performance metrics, and have a collaborative mindset with experience working across creative, design, and marketing teams. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field is required, while a Master's degree would be a plus.
