Job Description

The Brand Sales Manager position is with our client, a leading platform offering community management and security solutions in India. The company is dedicated to improving safety and convenience for residents through innovative technology-driven solutions. As the Brand Sales Manager, you will collaborate with clients and the creative team to develop digital solutions that meet client and brand needs. Your responsibilities will include crafting and delivering compelling sales pitches, proactively engaging with brands and agencies to create new revenue opportunities, and seeing these opportunities through to successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential clients/brands to offer advertising services. - Initiate discussions with brands through various channels such as emails, calls, and meetings. - Deliver persuasive sales pitches to clients, emphasizing the benefits of advertising to our 3.5 million users in 25,000 communities. - Communicate the features of available ad space and negotiate deals in line with company guidelines. - Monitor and report project results in collaboration with partners. - Maintain strong relationships with current partners and explore opportunities for growth. - Manage and expand a revenue pipeline with advertisers and online ad networks/agencies. - Work closely with senior management and marketing teams to align goals with partner relationships. - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. Requirements: - 3-7 years of experience in a similar role. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong interpersonal and management abilities. - Proficient in analytical thinking and reasoning. - Motivated individual eager to contribute to the company's growth. - This role includes revenue targets and potential travel within the city.
