: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager Garments to lead the development of seasonal apparel collections from concept to market. This role involves deep collaboration with design, sourcing, sales, and marketing teams to create fashion-forward, commercially successful product lines that resonate with our customers and align with our brand vision. Job Description Responsibilities: Product Development & Planning: Conduct in-depth market research to identify fashion trends, consumer needs, and competitive activity Define and plan seasonal product assortments aligned with brand positioning and target markets Work closely with design and purchasing teams to develop innovative, trend-right collections Ensure all products meet defined price points, quality standards, and delivery timelines Sales & Marketing. Support: Provide product training, samples, and detailed technical inputs to support the sales team Assist in developing catalogs, lookbooks, and merchandising assets for seasonal presentations Support go-to-market activities including product launches and promotional campaigns. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, or a related field MBA in Apparel Management or equivalent is highly desirable 2 5 years of experience in product management or merchandising, preferably in men s, women s, or kidswear sectors Skills & Attributes: Strong fashion sense and understanding of current trends, customer behavior, and product positioning Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and multi-vendor coordination Effective time management and organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
