As the Growth and Revenue specialist, you will play a crucial role as a central point of contact, responsible for expanding the revenue streams of brands on the platform, creating scalable marketing strategies, and ensuring optimal visibility of inventory. Your collaboration with various teams such as Performance Marketing, Brand, CRM, Category, and Site will be essential to meet growth objectives, establishing these brands as pivotal drivers of organizational success. Your project management skills will be key in orchestrating the launch of prominent brands across different sectors in an integrated marketing framework. Your primary objectives will include: - Brand Monetization and Growth: Formulating and executing strategies to elevate key brands on the platform, devising marketing plans to enhance brand performance and revenue generation, and employing innovative techniques to drive traffic and revenue growth in collaboration with the category team. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with multiple teams to align efforts towards achieving brand targets, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring integrated marketing communication across all platforms. - Big Brand Launches: Overseeing the end-to-end launch of major brands in categories like Fashion, Luxury, and Palette, coordinating with category and marketing channel owners, and ensuring smooth execution with internal teams. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing analytics tools to derive insights, monitoring brand performance metrics, and optimizing strategies based on metrics such as GMV, AOV, CTR, CVR, and ROI to drive informed decision-making. Your responsibilities will encompass: - Business Planning and Growth: Developing quarterly marketing and monetization plans to meet revenue targets for strategic brands, driving joint marketing initiatives with focus brands, and strategizing traffic and acquisition plans to boost GMV. - Category Activation Onsite: Managing spends allocation for brands, implementing tactical interventions, and optimizing the marketing calendar to integrate brands effectively into events and promotions. - Site and Campaign Optimization: Collaborating with Site Merchandising teams to enhance the shopping experience for monetizing brands, and leveraging web analytics data to enhance marketing effectiveness. Basic Qualifications and Skill Sets: - Educational Background: MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification, with a preference for a background in Computer Science/IT (engineering).,
