Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Female Candidate to join our Marketing & Promotions team. The role involves creating engaging promotional videos, managing social media campaigns, promoting educational courses, and driving brand awareness through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Content Creation
• Present and feature in promotional videos for our software products, educational courses, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative team to script, record, and produce high-quality marketing videos.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Social Media Marketing
• Execute and manage promotional campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Post, schedule, and track content performance across social media channels.
• Engage with the online audience, respond to queries, and build brand presence.
• Advertising & Campaigns
• Coordinate with the marketing team for running ads on Meta, Google, and other platforms.
• Create visually appealing content for ad creatives and promotional material.
• Sales Support & Lead Generation
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads through video promotions and targeted campaigns.
• Assist in product demos, webinars, and online promotional events.
• Market Research
• Stay updated with social media trends, video marketing techniques, and competitor activities.
• Suggest innovative ideas for improving audience engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Essential
• Female candidate with good on-camera presence and communication skills.
• Fluency in English & Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage).
• Confident in public speaking and camera presentation.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends.
• Basic knowledge of video recording, editing tools, and content creation.
• Preferred
• Experience in social media marketing or digital promotions.
• Familiarity with advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube promotions).
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
