1. Client Coordination & Calling * Make outbound calls to clients for appointment scheduling and confirmations. * Share campaign / activation updates with clients as directed by the CS team. * Maintain a polite, professional, and service-oriented communication style. 2. Appointment Management * Schedule meetings between clients and the CS / Operations team. * Follow up with clients to confirm meeting timings, locations, or virtual links. * Keep an updated appointment calendar and inform the CS team daily. 3. Post-Activity Feedback Collection * Call clients after BTL activities to capture feedback on execution quality, performance, and outcomes. * Record client feedback systematically (Excel / CRM / shared template). * Share detailed reports with the CS team for review and corrective action.
