Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a VP – Strategic Development (BTL) based in Gurugram. Represent the agency at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Key Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of BTL marketing and brand activations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven experience in business development or sales in the advertising/activation/event industry. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business Administration , Mass Communication , or a related field. An MBA or PGDM in Marketing/Sales is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with diplomas or certifications in Event Management , Advertising , or BTL Marketing will also be considered. We are looking for a highly skilled and imaginative Creative 3D Designer with strong experience in conceptualising and executing exhibition booths, event stages, and brand environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of spatial design, materials, and the ability to translate brand stories into visually stunning 3D environments. Required Skills & Proficiencies 3D Max (with V-Ray/Corona rendering) CorelDRAW Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator AutoCAD (preferred) Strong sense of design composition, space planning, lighting, and colour. Excellent visualisation and presentation skills. Good understanding of fabrication materials and production techniques. Ability to interpret client briefs and deliver high-quality creative outputs. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Event / Exhibition /Stage Design. Key Responsibilities Conceptualise, design, and render event stages, exhibition booths, and brand spaces. Translate client briefs into creative design concepts aligned with brand guidelines. Collaborate with the client servicing, production, and fabrication teams to ensure design feasibility.
