Brand Manager (Personal Care Domain)

As a Manager / Senior Manager-Commercial at the company based in Gurugram, you will be responsible for various key activities: - Floating inquiries for CAPEX & OPEX items, including emergency and breakdown items - Analyzing market and delivery systems to assess material availability for current and future organizational requirements - Preparing and analyzing comparative statements for submission to senior management - Negotiating contract terms with vendors and managing contract issuance activities - Following up with vendors, both domestic and international, for effective communication - Being aware of substitute materials and equipment available in the market, their prices, and utility for the organization - Establishing procedures and systems for the purchasing department - Supervising the preparation of Management Information System (MIS) on a regular basis - Visiting different locations for finalizing required project products - Discussing and negotiating with vendors for material procurement for projects - Collaborating with internal departments and external suppliers across the organization - Preparing and reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), specifications, and related reports - Reviewing bid specifications for adherence to contract terms and supervising material dissemination to prospective bidders - Following up regularly with subordinates for the status of land conversion agreements Additionally, you should have the following qualifications and skills: Qualifications: - BE (Mechanical) / B. Tech (Mechanical) - Industry experience in Oil & Gas/Manufacturing CBM Company - 15-20 years of relevant experience - Knowledge and experience of SAP-MM Other Skills: - Good communication and negotiation skills - Strong industry exposure in Oil & Gas - Process-oriented and a team leader Please note that you will be reporting to the VP-Commercial and should have experience managing a team of 3-4 members. Your role will also involve being process-oriented, having SAP knowledge, and demonstrating leadership skills throughout your responsibilities.,
