We are seeking energetic and driven Sales & Marketing Executives Projects (B2B) to promote our premium plywood brand, Somaniply, within the corporate and project market. The role focuses on engaging with architects, interior designers, contractors, and consultants to secure brand approvals, drive specifications, and generate project-based sales. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate architects, interior designers, and project consultants. Proactively approach architectural firms and construction companies to include Somaniply in their approved brand lists. Conduct product presentations, provide samples, and participate in technical discussions. Collaborate with contractors and site influencers to generate specifications and convert them into orders. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Maintain updated records, CRM entries, and sales reports. Requirements Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with high-end architects and consultants. Strong networking and customer relationship management abilities. Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach. Tech-savvy with basic CRM and reporting skills. Preferred Experience Fresher or 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in building materials (plywood, laminates, veneers, paints, flooring, lighting, glass, partitions, modular furniture, etc.). Proven track record in project-based selling or B2B interactions. Experience working with or selling to architectural firms, builders, or developers. Education Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Other Requirements Willingness to travel as required. Candidates with a notice period of 15 days or less will be given preference, as we are looking to onboard urgently.
