We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer with expertise in Canva and short-form video editing for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. The ideal candidate will design engaging visuals and promotional videos to boost our online presence and support branding, marketing, and campaign goals. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:🌐 Digital & Canva Designing:Create eye-catching designs for social media posts, ads, banners, flyers, brochures, presentations, and more using Canva. Design marketing and promotional creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and websites. Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines and themes. Design logos, icons, infographics, and basic animation-based graphics (optional). 🎬 Reels & Video Editing:Conceptualize and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) using tools like CapCut, InShot, VN, Canva Video, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc. Add trending music, subtitles, transitions, and effects to create viral-worthy content. Collaborate with marketing or content teams to brainstorm video ideas and scripts. Optimize videos for platform specifications (vertical formats, duration, etc.). 💡 Required Skills & Tools:🖌️ Design Tools:Proficient in Canva (mandatory) Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma is a plus 🎞️ Video Editing:Capable of editing reels using CapCut / Canva / VN / InShot / Premiere Rush Basic understanding of transitions, audio syncing, subtitles, and platform trends 🎯 Creative & Soft Skills:Strong sense of visual design, color theory, and typography Creative thinking and trend awareness (especially on Instagram & YouTube) Attention to detail and time management Ability to follow branding guidelines and deadlines 🎓 Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Design / Multimedia / Mass Communication / Any relevant field (optional but preferred) 1–3 years of experience in digital design and/or social media content creation Portfolio of past design and video work (Canva and Reels)
