As a custodian of our brand, you will be an innovator in producing high-quality content at scale. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility and inclusivity are core elements of our customer experience. Key skills essential for success include content design, content patterns, editing, and leading teams of writers. To excel as a Content Designer, you should possess significant experience in UX writing, copywriting, content design, and editing. Leading a team of writers and content designers to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality control will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, coaching and training colleagues, working in agile teams, and using specialist tools like Figma and GenAI are crucial for delivering exceptional content at scale. Desirable skill sets include developing brand guides, delivering brand training, creating complex content models, and building SharePoint sites. This role will be based in Noida. The purpose of this role is to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the brand, products, and services across various markets. Key responsibilities involve collaborating with different departments, developing targeted content for marketing channels, analyzing data to optimize strategies, managing the marketing budget, and defining marketing vision and goals.
