Role Overview

Brand Growth

This role is ideal for a creative yet analytical thinker who can bridge strategy with storytelling someone who understands both the emotional and data-driven aspects of brand building.

You'll work closely with the Founders and cross-functional teams to design impactful campaigns, forge brand partnerships, and craft narratives that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic brand growth plans to increase visibility, credibility, and user engagement.
• Design and lead creative campaigns across digital and offline channels that strengthen Nynii's brand equity.
• Identify and manage collaborations with brands, influencers, and communities aligned with Nynii's mission.
• Leverage data and insights to refine messaging, audience targeting, and campaign performance.
• Work with the Product and Design teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across the app and customer journey.
• Craft compelling communication strategies that resonate with both clients and gig workers.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities.
• Represent the brand at events, partnerships, and external forums to strengthen presence and trust.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Strategy.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for brand storytelling.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking and interpreting campaign data.
• Creative, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
