We are looking for a confident, presentable, and camera-friendly content creator who will serve as the on-camera face of our brand, create engaging short videos, and communicate with customers politely and professionally.

This role is ideal for freshers who enjoy being on camera, creating reels, presenting ideas, and interacting with people.

No experience is required — only good communication, grooming, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Appear on-camera for reels, promotional videos, announcements, and short-form content.
• Record face-cam videos with a fresh, positive, and professional appearance.
• Create basic scripts, ideas, and trending video concepts.
• Keep up with the latest trends on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

Customer Communication

• Talk to customers politely and clearly (calls, WhatsApp, or messages).
• Understand customer queries and guide them about services or processes.
• Provide simple explanations and help customers feel comfortable.
• Maintain a friendly, respectful, and professional tone at all times.

Required Skills (Freshers Welcome)

• Confident on-camera presence and clear speaking ability.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and comfortable with video shoots.
• Good communication skills for talking with customers.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, Reels, and social content.
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn new skills.
• Basic editing knowledge (CapCut/VN) is a plus, not mandatory.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Any experience making personal reels or talking videos.
• Basic customer handling experience (even informal).
• Comfortable interacting with people.
