As a Category Growth & Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth through a deep understanding of consumer behavior, strategic planning, and comprehensive marketing execution. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and scale the growth blueprint for key beauty and personal care categories. You will be tasked with building and implementing annual and quarterly growth plans that are rooted in consumer insights, brand objectives, platform priorities, and market dynamics. Leading the category strategy will involve overseeing brand contribution, user segmentation, and campaign planning. Collaboration with various cross-functional teams such as e-commerce, performance, creative, CRM, and site merchandising will be essential in translating strategies into actionable initiatives. Your role will also encompass the development and execution of full-funnel campaigns for top-performing brands as well as key product launches. Taking ownership of the user journey from end to end, you will optimize both onsite and offsite experiences to enhance user engagement and drive conversions effectively. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in brand management, category marketing, or strategy, preferably within the beauty, personal care, FMCG, or D2C industry. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and a consumer-centric approach are key requirements. Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and project execution, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, will be crucial in this role.
