In this role as a Brand Champ at Raptee.HV, you will have a significant impact on customer engagement, education, and brand trust. You will embody the company's values and ensure that each customer interaction is valuable and leads to a positive experience. Your main responsibility will involve guiding customers through the unique Raptee way of riding and showcasing how Raptee integrates into their lifestyle. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional representation of the brand - Identify and address customer needs while assisting them throughout their journey - Provide information on product features, resolve inquiries, and facilitate test rides - Engage with walk-in customers, guiding them through the Raptee.HV experience - Establish a prominent brand presence on-site, bridging the gap between Raptee.HV and its target audience Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Arts, Humanities, Communications, or related fields is preferred - Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities - Enthusiasm for mobility, electric vehicles (EVs), and technology - Comfortable thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment Raptee.HV is a forward-thinking electric motorcycle startup established in 2019 by professionals with prior experience at Tesla and Wipro.
