Role: Brand Ambassador – Design Community

Reports To: Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect & Designer Outreach

o Conduct structured field visits

o Share brand story and customized lighting samples/ideas

o Inspire creativity beyond catalogues

2. Build Brand Curiosityo Share our design philosophy and value proposition

o Make Sketch Lighting a preferred creative partner

3. Get Into Approved Vendor Lists

o Target inclusion in master lists of design firms

o Submit required documentation with support from internal teams

4. Client Retention – Feedback & Appreciation

o Reach out to existing clients for appreciation certificates

o Identify dissatisfaction if any, and report internally for quick resolution

o Strengthen bonds with end users

5. Cross-Team Coordination

o Source marketing assets (images, videos, success stories)

o Share content with design studios to build deeper engagement

6. Market Insights

o Share competitor insights, market preferences, and design trends

7. Reporting & Database Management

o Maintain updated CRM and field logs

o Submit weekly reports to the Marketing Head

Incentive Structure

· Master List Inclusion: ₹2,500 per firm (disbursed monthly after formal confirmation)· Business from Your Outreach: 0.5%% of net sales (disbursed post full payment from client)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
