Strong knowledge of internal policies and regulatory requirements. Excellent supervisory and staff management skills. Experience in cash handling, transaction management, and branch security protocols. Ability to coordinate with various departments and drive process improvements. Strong focus on enhancing the customer experience. QUALIFICATION: Graduation in any stream.
