Branch Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities :
 Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
o Drive assigned targets for acquiring Fixed Deposits and selling insurance products both life & generalo Monitor performance and ensure achievement of premium and persistency targetso Own and deliver location-specific KPIs including market share, productivity, and activation Team Management
o Lead, coach and mentor team of Business Associateso Build a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability and skill development of the business associateso Keep driving performance culture through regular interactions and providing market and product updateso Set goals, review performance of BA’s Channel Development
o Build and strengthen multi-channel distribution model through Agency Model as well as direct saleso Manage key partner relationships and drive joint business planning with channel heads Agency Channel Development
o Expand agency base by recruiting high-quality advisorso Drive agency leader productivity through regular engagement, mentoring, and rewardso Promote a performance-based culture with strong career progression Compliance & Process Adherence
o Ensure adherence to regulatory, operational and company policies Market Intelligence
o Gather and analyse competitive insights and market trends to drive regional strategieso Recommend product/market fit improvements and promotional strategiesKey Skills & Competencies:

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
