Job Title: Branch Relationship Executive Department: Sales (Credit Card Sales) Work Type: Full-Time (Office + Field Work) Location: Bistupur, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand – 831001 / Bokaro Reporting Location: Jamshedpur Job Overview:We are hiring dynamic and motivated individuals for the role of Branch Relationship Executive to drive credit card sales through both office-based and field activities. This role involves interacting with potential customers, explaining product features, and closing sales in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers. Manage lead generation and follow-up on assigned prospects. Conduct field visits and interact with clients at designated locations. Maintain proper records of client interactions and transactions. Coordinate with the sales team and branch staff for smoother execution. Eligibility Criteria:Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome Age Limit: 18 to 30 years Gender: Male / Female Key Skills Required:Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of credit card products Sales and persuasion skills Field sales experience is a plus Documents Required:Aadhar Card (linked with mobile number) PAN Card Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹16,000 (Net Take Home) Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives Benefits: PF & ESIC Uniform: Formal attire is mandatory Additional Notes:Candidates should be well-groomed and professional in appearance.
