Urgent Hiring for Branch Manager and Branch Manager for Rajasthan ( Kherli ) and Gujarat (Visanagar)

Min Experience : 5 Years Branch Banking ( Sales-Retail Banking-Mandatory)

Qualification : Graduate

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Development & Revenue Generation

• Drive branch-level sales and revenue targets across retail banking products (CASA, loans, investments, insurance).
• Identify local market opportunities and develop strategies to increase customer base and wallet share.

2. Customer Service & Relationship Management

• Deliver high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.

3. Operations & Compliance

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines (KYC, AML).

• Experience

  : 410 years in banking operations or as a Branch Manager.

• Education

  : Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

• Ability to analyze MIS data for business decisions.
• Proficiency in retail banking products, life/general insurance.
