Branch Manager - West Bengal Location : Kolkata Ensuring periodic review mechanism with team membersMentoring team leaders and field staffs from time to timeTo create and cultivate a performance driven culture On board new channel partners / dealers and nurturing existing dealers for continuity of businessResponsible for achieving AOP target which includes Subsidy and other salesTo scout opportunity of new business in product / market / channelResponsible for debtor management ( timely collection / Liaoning with various Govt. department to expedite payment etc )Ensuring SBU is working on optimal cost as per AOPResponsible for SBU healthy bottom lineTo ensure timely ROP , managing inventory as per AOP and warehouse managementTo ensure team execute Sales force automation , BTL and Digital marketing activitiesEnsure cross functional relationship for seamless functioning Prerequisites : BSc Agri, B.Tech Agri, Mech Eng, MBA (Pref)
