Job Description

Ensure profitability of the branch, and contribution to the revenue of the state by ensuring all Company policies, practices & guidelines are adhered to as per approved policy. All constituents of the branch functions in a seamless manner & build synergy in overall operations of the Unit. Business and Financial Management - Branch Profitability - Portfolio Management - Credit Quality demonstrated by non starters, delinquency and New Customer Acquisition - Growth in volume funding - 100% LI activation for all months - Contribution to revenue - Maintenance of average IRR - Customer Focus - Retention and Exit of customers - No.of customers to whom top-ups are given - People / Team - Attrition in the branch - No.of employees groomed to the next level Process / Quality Improvement - Maintenance of all registers and statutory requirements - Branch Audit rating - Branch Administration / Hygiene SCOPE & DISCRETION (Span of control) Total no. of employees supervised with details Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge: a) Having handled channels before b) Understanding of PL business c) Knowledge of local market conditions d) Competitor knowledge e) Knowledge of no. of channels servicing the different financial institutions f) Ability to differentiate between PD / DSA / DST / PPC No. of years of relevant experience: 8 yrs to 10 yrs Any specific specialization/education: Graduate/education: Role & responsibilities
