Role Overview: As a Branch Manager in the field of financing/multi-purpose motorcycle (cash funds), you will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities in the branch to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Your role will also involve strategizing marketing and collection efforts to achieve branch sales targets, monitoring financing portfolios to identify and reduce credit risk, creating branch performance reports including sales, budgets, and credit risk, as well as identifying new market opportunities and developing strategies to increase branch market share. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all operational activities in the branch to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Develop marketing and collection strategies to achieve branch sales targets - Monitor financing portfolios to identify and reduce credit risk, specifically non-performing loans (NPL) - Prepare branch performance reports including sales, budgets, and credit risk - Identify new market opportunities and create strategies to increase branch market share Qualifications Required: - Minimum D3/S1 in any field - At least 1 year of experience as a Branch Manager in the field of financing/multi-purpose motorcycle (cash funds) - Deep understanding of the process of multi-purpose vehicle financing for two-wheeled vehicles (cash funds) - Knowledge of credit risk management and collection - Willingness to recruit/build a team - Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia, as per company requirements,
