Role & responsibilities Drive health insurance business through a network of agents in assigned location. Handling a team of sales/agency managers. Maintain profitability of location. Responsible for the penetration of health insurance in Pathankot and periphery. Drive campaigns as per company guidelines. Drive and motivate team for max business generation. Build a strong distribution channel of agents in location Preferred candidate profile Min. qualification: Graduation Must be employed in BFSI domain preferably on a team handling role in assigned location.
