Qualification: BDS/ Anaesthetist/Pathologist/General Physicians/General Surgeons

Experience: 2 years +

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Tirupur branch.

• Responsible for the overall administration, operations, and performance of the Tirupur branch.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical, administrative, and customer service activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Lead and manage the branch team, promoting a culture of accountability, care, and excellence in service delivery.
• Coordinate with the central management team to implement company policies, growth strategies, and quality standards.
• Monitor branch targets, budgets, and patient satisfaction metrics, taking timely actions for improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and operational protocols are consistently maintained.
• Represent the centre in the local community and support marketing efforts to promote services and increase patient reach.
• Should be willing to travel occasionally for review meetings and training.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
