Branch Hospital Administrator- Experienced Male

As a Hospital Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the hospital to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with medical, administrative, and support staff to optimize workflows. - Addressing patient complaints and grievances efficiently. - Ensuring proper management of hospital supplies, medical equipment, and inventory. - Staff coordination and training, supporting the HR team in employee engagement and performance management. - Assisting in budgeting and financial planning for operational expenses. - Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote healthcare services. - Organizing community outreach programs, health camps, and patient engagement initiatives. - Implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance hospital services. - Implementing patient retention and loyalty programs. - Having knowledge of hospital/clinic operations and regulatory requirements. Qualification Required: - 2-8 years of experience in hospital operations management. - Any degree qualification.
