Branch Head - Tamil Nadu

As a Branch Head at Nabfins, you will be entrusted with a diverse set of responsibilities. Your primary focus will be on fostering business development, overseeing operational activities, conducting training sessions, and managing the staff within your branch. Reporting directly to both the Cluster Head and Regional Manager, you will lead a team consisting of Customer Service Executives (CSE's), Customer Service Officers (CSO's), and a Management Information Systems (MIS) officer. Your key duties will also extend to ensuring compliance with audit observations specific to your branch, thereby playing a crucial role in maintaining regulatory standards. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience within a microfinance institution. Additionally, proficiency in the local language and a readiness to undertake extensive travel are essential requirements for this position.
