Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to travel expenses. Branch Expense Management: Manage and track branch expenses, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Reconcile branch accounts and identify any discrepancies. Marketing and Credit Card Payments: Process marketing and credit card payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Reconcile credit card statements and identify any discrepancies. Employee Code Creation: Create and maintain employee codes for travel expense reporting purposes. Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee code information. Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately enter travel expense data into the company's expense management system. Generate regular reports on travel expenses and branch expenses. Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation . Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel expense management or a similar role. Strong understanding of travel expense management processes and procedures. Proficiency in using software (SAP). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
