As a Branch Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team and oversee the operations at the branch. You will be tasked with identifying suitable candidates for the branch and developing the business portfolio in terms of Assets & Liabilities. Marketing activities in the surrounding area of the branch will also be under your purview to drive business growth. Timely collection of loan products and special attention to maintaining zero Non-Performing Assets (NPA) will be crucial aspects of your role. Effective communication with customers and staff regarding our products and any important updates will be essential. Maintaining branch cleanliness, discipline, and infrastructure will also be part of your duties to ensure a conducive working environment. Eligibility criteria include having a Bachelor's degree, preferably with 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within banks, NBFCs, NIDHIs, societies, or MNC companies. Residence within a 20km radius, a minimum Equifax score of 500, and interest in outbound sales are also required. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift scheduling. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of sales experience and 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager. The work location will be in person.
