Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Present and demonstrate products to clients, tailoring solutions to meet specific needs. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals to meet revenue goals. Monitor and achieve sales targets for assigned regions. Provide excellent post-sales customer support and address client issues effectively. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Generate and maintain sales reports, analyze performance, and suggest improvements. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of the brake lining industry Proven track record in territory sales and client management Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Result-driven and target-oriented approach Note: Immediate joiners or candidates with local market knowledge will be preferred.
