Logistics - Strong Experience in dispatch planning and transport coordination Coordinate with the sales team to manage order processing, consignment planning and delivery schedules. strong understanding of supply chain operations in a manufacturing environment Arrange vehicles for all daily product dispatches and spare part dispatches ( Logistics -Open Body, Flat Bed Trailer 40 feet ,Open Body Truck-24x8x8 , Open Body Truck 32x8x8 ,Truck-19x7x8..etc) Arrange vehicle for subcontracting material ( local and interstate logistics regulation ) Manage vehicle tracking, prepare dispatch documents for customer (Packaging list, e way bill, Invoice ) Maintain supplier relations Maintain accurate logistics consignment records and reports using Excel, SAP systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Store and production team to fulfil product deliverable. Transport cost negotiation with suppliers Weekly review and reports on Transport costing analysis B) Indirect Procurement- Ensure buying activities (follow up, liaising with Transporter) for all indirect components required for Plant maintains /consumables . Key responsibility is to ensure timely availability of material as per material request. Maintain supplier relations Create POs into SAP databases & price trade agreement Price Negotiate of consumable part pricing (Arrange Quotation from vendors Or find best vendor for purchasing. Maintain documents database of purchase orders /Subcontract challan/Debit note Create subcontracting challan of suppliers, returnable challan & co-ordinate with Store team Weekly review and report on complete costing of required Indirect cost to Plant C) Subcontract / Inventory Responsible for maintaining inventory within norms Tracking Inbound and Outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out of stocks Tracking/release Inbound and Outbound orders to prevent overstocking subcon stock and out of stocks in plant Subcontracting material track orders (Machining, phosphating , coating of components ) C) Other skills sets Includes Should have worked on SAP or equivalent ERP knowledge Communication proficiency : English, Marathi, Hindi Good computer knowledge. Especially in Excel Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Preferred candidate profile Experience: + 3 years preferably from Trailer/ Manufacturing Industry. Good Knowledge : logistic management ,Freight management , dispatch scheduling , vehicle management , plant maintains components .
