As a Senior Process Executive in the Investment Banking domain at Top MNC's Pune location, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day investment banking processes efficiently. Your role will involve meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational targets, performing transactions as per defined guidelines and timelines, and adhering to governance and compliance mechanisms established with the client. You will work in client-assigned shifts with flexibility to ensure smooth operations. To qualify for this role, you should have 12 years of full-time experience in the BPO/BPM industry, preferably in the investment banking domain, or be an MBA (Finance) fresher from the 2024 batch with a final mark sheet and degree certificate in hand. Strong understanding of investment banking concepts, excellent communication and analytical skills, and willingness to work in rotational shifts based on client timings are essential requirements. Preferred skills for this position include attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement, ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, and prior exposure to client-facing or high-volume transaction roles. The compensation for this role includes an Annual CTC in the range of 3 - 4 LPA, based on experience and qualifications.
