We have a vacancy for process trainer and and Team Leader. We are hiring Experience candidates of the same profile who worked for 6 months to 1 year at least in any online education platform like "Unacademy, Physics Wallah, Vedantu, BYJU'S, and ALLEN etc." for NEET , JEE & IIT preparation, will get first preference to join as Trainer or Team Leader in our organization. All the job details are mentioned below.  Job Details Process- A Reputed Education counseling process of "Aakash Institute" Designation- Sales Team Leader- 2 & Process Trainer-1 Work type- Training and sales management Vacancy- 3(total) Job type- Work From Office Lang:- Good in Hindi & English Qualification- Only graduate and above allowed Experience- Trainer- 1 year in any sales process And Team Leader- 6 months in any online education platform as a TL Salary- Trainer- 18000-22000 Team Leader- 20000- 35000(according to experience and negotiable) Attractive Incentives are also there from 3000-15000 Shift timing- 10am-7pm Job Role of a Team Leader- It is a sales process of online education course. Employees need to call the students for counseling and convince them to join Aakash Institute for the preparation of NEET, JEE, IIT etc. A team leader will handle the team of the 15-20 employees and will help them to achieve their monthly target as well as his own target. Job Role of a Team Leader- A trainer will train the associate of training batches about the Aakash Instiute and their courses. Along with it trainer will be responsible for the training attrition. In a sales process providing training about the product is not the only motive along with it trainer should enhance the selling ability of the candidates.
