Tech Mahindra Looking for Hr Recruiter Designation - Hr Recruiter Position : Recruiter (Consultancy Background Preferred) Experience: 6 month 1 year Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates from Naukri and other job portals. Manage bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely closures. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports. Work closely with hiring managers to meet daily/weekly targets. Requirements: Minimum 6 month to 1 year of recruitment experience. Consultancy background preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Proficiency in using Naukri and other job portals. Strong knowledge of bulk hiring.
