BPO Fresher - Inbound customer support

You will be working in an American FORTUNE 500 Company - International BPO. The company does not charge any candidates for the job opportunity. You will have Voice and Chat opportunities in this role with a 5 days working schedule and 2 rotational week offs. The UK Shift timing is between 11 am to 12 am for 9 hours. A one-way cab will be provided for the home drop. Your main responsibility will be solving incoming queries from US and UK customers.
