Job Description

Manage inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails to assist customers with their inquiries and provide support for products and services. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions. Information Provision: Furnish customers with accurate and detailed information about products and services. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in a CRM system. Process Execution: Handle back-end operations like transaction processing, claim processing, accounts, or data entry.
